In honour of UN Human Rights Day on 10 December, UNACTO will be hosting a special discussion on children's rights with keynote speaker, Judie Oron. Judie is the author of the award-winning novel, Cry of the Giraffe, based on her own daughter's experience as a child slave in Ethiopia. She will be speaking at the event about her extensive research on various forms of child enslavement and what needs to be done to protect the rights of children.
